Philp's Famous Pasties, Marazion
Philp's have been baking delicious Cornish Pasties since 1958, when Sammy Philp and his cousin Everett baked their first Cornish pasty and began supplying local pubs. Philp's has always been a true family business, with generations of the family involved in the business. You can now find 7 Philp's shops across Cornwall, with pasties freshly baked every morning along with a huge selection of other baked delights, including sticky chocolate fudge brownies, saffron buns, and scones. If you can't make it to one of their shops, you can buy a range of pasties online, as well as whole hampers and a range of Philp's merchandise.
Warrens Bakery
Warrens Bakery has been 'making life taste better since 1860' when two families came together to produce the perfect Cornish pasty, popular with the farmers and miners in the local region. Today you can find over 40 Warrens Bakery shops throughout Cfornwal and across the UK You can also buy their range online, as well as hampers and gifts. Warrens have won a number of awards through the years, including awards for the best Cornish pasty, as well as being named the UK's number 1 craft bakery.
Ann's Pasty Shop, Lizard Village
Ann comes from a long line of Pasty makers, and began by baking pasties for neighbours and friends, before setting up a stall at the market in Helston. She soon moved into a shop in Porthleven, and the business has flourished. You can find four pasty shops in Lizard, Mullion, Porthleven and Helston. They also now offer online ordering with UK-wide delivery and event catering. All ingredients are sourced from within a 10-mile radius, so these really are authentically Cornish.
Malcolm Barnecutt’s Bakery, Bodmin
Barny's (as it's known in Cornwall) have locations across the region, with 3 bakeries in their hometown of Bodmin. Barneccutt's have been around for over 90 years with the recipes handed down through the generations. You can also enjoy a selection of baked goods, including the delicious Saffron Cakes. Their outlets also feature cafes, and if you can't make it to the shop, their 'pasties by post' service means yu can enjoy a pasty wherever you are!
Boscastle Farm Shop, Boscastle
Bostcastle Farm Shop serve up handmade Pasties along wth a range of pies, soups and quiches, using ingredients grown on the farm. The meat is sourced form their own on-site butchery. You can buy the pasties to take home or enjoy one in the cafe. The farm shop also stocks over 4000 items so you can pick up the ingredients to make your own pasty at home.
The Chough Bakery, Padstow
Elaine and Rob have been producing great quality pasties for over 40 years from the Chough Bakery in Padstow. The Bakery is at the heart of the community and offers a whole range of baked goods. They offer inline ordering of a range of baked goods, including pasties and cream teas. The Chouch bakery have won a number of awards, including the Cornish Pasty World Championships in 2016.
Sarah’s Pasty Shop, Looe
Sarah's Pasty shop is a family run business, operating in Looe for nearly 30 years. Setup by Sarah and now run by her daughter Lucy, the shop added Sarah's Cake Shop in 2009, creating and selling some of the best cakes in Cornwall. All pasties are made fresh daily using only the very best local ingredients. The shop offers quite a range of pasties, including lamb and mint, Spicy Chickpea and lentil (vegan friendly) or stop by on 'fish Friday' to try the sweet chili tuna or Mackerel with horseradish pasties! They also local deliveries on certain days, as well as boxes of 10 for nationwide delivery. Find them on Buller Street, near the Quay.
Morris Pasties, Newquay
Handmade in Columb to a secret recipe using local ingredients, Morris Pasties have been baking since the early 1970s, when Morris Pasties was setup byt Peter Morris and Ken Wilton. As well as offering great Cornich pasties from their shop in Newquay, customers can also order online for nationwide delivery.
Over The Top Cornish Pasties, Callington
Over The Top are a family run business, producing fresh pastie every day for collection or delivery across the Uk. Winner of a number of awards, including 'best pasty in the UK' As the name suggests, Over The Top crimp their pastie on the top, the way the family have been crimping pasties for 150 years. The whole family is involved in the production of the pasties. The pastry is hand rolled and the ingredients are fresh and local. You can order frozen pasties online to cook at home, and they even have vegan and vegetarian offerings too.
Hampsons of Hayle, Hayle
Founded in 1966, initially as a butcher, Hampsons of Hayle have shops on Chapel Terrace and Fore Street, where they offer the highest quality hand made Cornish pasties, using meat they butcher themselves, Hampsons pride themselves in the high meat content of their Cornish pasties, over 21%. They also have a delicatessen, offering a range of local produce. If you're feeling adventurous, why not try the breakfast pasty, filled with bacon, their own sausage, and hogs pudding, egg, tomato, back bacon and black pepper!
St Agnes Bakery, St Agnes
The award-winning St Agnes Bakery have been baking since 1905, a well as their amazing pasties, they offer a range of other baked goods including toffee cake, salted caramel flapjacks and amazing freshly baked bread. In December, yu can also try their festive pasties filled with turkey, cranberry and stuffing.
Aunt Avice’s Pasty Shop, St Kew Highway
Located at St Kew Highway Service Station, Aunt Avice's Pasty Shop offer Cornish pasties among a selection of other freshly baked goodies. As well as picking up these traditional local delicacies in the shop, they also deliver to businesses in and around Bodmin.
Tasty Pasties, Bude
Tasy Pasties offer 25 different types of pasty, including vegan, gluten free and sweet varieties. You can pop into the shop on Princes Street in Bude, or order by post for home delivery. Their Cornish pasty can be ordered in small, medium or giant size
St. Mawes Bakery, St Mawes
The same family have been producing great pasties at St. Mawes Bakery since 1912. As well as excellent pasties, they also offer a range of other baked goods, available in the shop or to buy online for home delivery. You'll find them on the quay in St Mawes.
Pengenna Pasties, St Ives
Pengenna pasties have been using original family recipes to make their pasties since 1985. They have shops in Bude, Tintagel and St Ives and you can also order online for delivery within the UK. The pasties are blast chilled when they come out of the oven, meaning when you reheat them at home, they taste just as fresh as they do straight out of the bakery oven.
