Well, that debate has been raging for years. We've searched through every bakery, cafe and pasty maker in Cornwall and put together the ultimate guide to the best pasties in Cornwall. Philp's has always been a true family business, with generations of the family involved in the business. You can now find 7 Philp's shops across Cornwall, with pasties freshly baked every morning along with a huge selection of other baked delights, including sticky chocolate fudge brownies, saffron buns, and scones. She soon moved into a shop in Porthleven, and the business has flourished. You can find four pasty shops in Lizard, Mullion, Porthleven and Helston. They also now offer online ordering with UK-wide delivery and event catering. All ingredients are sourced from within a 10-mile radius, so these really are authentically Cornish.

The shop offers quite a range of pasties, including lamb and mint, Spicy Chickpea and lentil (vegan friendly) or stop by on 'fish Friday' to try the sweet chili tuna or Mackerel with horseradish pasties! Pengenna pasties have been using original family recipes to make their pasties since 1985. They have shops in Bude, Tintagel and St Ives and you can also order online for delivery within the UK.
