Raven & Rose
Tucked away in historic Ladd Carriage House in the Arts District of Downtown Portland, Raven & Rose offers contemporary, homely cuisine inspired by cosy gastropubs of the British Isles. Pop Pizza is a pizzeria in SE Portland, serving up Detroit-style pizzas, salads, sides, and natural wine. Marius Pop, one of Portland’s top bakers and owner of Nuvrei Bakery & Macaron Bar, opened up Pop Pizza in August 2020. His inspiration for the pizza came after a trip to the Midwest to visit family in Detroit where he was greeted by the great flavor and airy dough that is Detroit-style pizzas and the rest is history.
