Track Brewing - Manchester

The origin of Track Brewing is fascinating - founded by Sam, who came up with the idea for the brewery whilst cycling between the East and West coasts of the United States, as part of a 35,000 mile, two-year cycling odyssey around the world! When Sam returned to the UK he set about learning more about the brewing process, before setting up Track Brewing in a fantastic location beside Manchester’s Piccadilly Station.

Since 2014, Track has grown and established themselves as brewers of fine beers which are pale and hoppy with a focus on adventure. ‘Sonoma’ is an American-style pale ale with Centennial, Citra and Mosaic hops that is beautifully refreshing, juicy and perfect for sunny summer days. ‘Language Barrier’ is a unique imperial coconut stout that is bursting with dark chocolate, vanilla and coconut flavours - a really interesting beer that is boozy, but easy to knock back.
